TKS Ltd, "Lavris Club" guarantees to all its members that in a situation were the associate company declines to give a member of Lavris club their entitled discount Lavris Club will refund the whole membership fee.
Procedure for Claim of Membership Fee and Cancellation
- Please send an e-mail within 48hours to claims@lavris.com.cy stating your full membership details (First Name, Last Name, Id Number, Membership Type)
- State in the e-mail the business you went and requested your discount.
- Send us a copy of the receipt of your purchase.
Once these details are received by us we will investigate the claim and within 7 days contact you in person.
