Rules for Everyone Overview
Lavris Club members:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Cannot misrepresent their identities.
- Must always provide valid and complete contact information and must always have a valid email address.
- Cannot publish the contact information of other members in an online public area.
- Must choose their User ID according to Lavris Club rules.
Rules about communicating with other Lavris Club members
Lavris Club members:
Cannot misuse the Lavris Club email forwarding system, send unsolicited email (spam) or email threats to other members.
Rules about Lavris Club's responsibilities
- Lavris Clubs Privacy Policy specifies how your personal information is used.
- Lavris Clubs Return and Cancellation Policy allows members compensation if they do not receive their discount from LavrisClub Associate Business.
- Lavris Club Employees are bound by all Lavris Club policies and need to identify themselves as Lavris Club employees when they list an item or submit content to the site.
- Lavris Club appreciates your ideas, but considers these unsolicited idea submissions as non-binding.
Site Interference Policy
Interference or attempted interference with Lavris Club's site and/or operations using any software program, routine or activity is a serious offense and is not permitted.
Members using the Lavris Club site may only modify or add content in those areas specifically designated for member use. All content must also abide by all other Lavris Club policies.
In no case may a user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any Lavris Club-generated content or pages. All other site locations or components of Lavris Club pages are strictly for Lavris Club use.
Profanity
Lavris Club does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language in a public area of the site. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature.
Lavris Club will permit media titles and descriptions (such as a CD name and track list) that contain profanity on the main site and in Adult Only. This profanity is only permitted if the original production company title or description contains the profane terms. All other profanity is prohibited. This exception applies to media items and does not apply to any other items.
Previously Suspended Users
A person suspended from Lavris Club loses all membership privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on Lavris Club by using any existing account, or to register new accounts on Lavris Club. A suspension from Lavris Club may be for a specific, fixed length of time, indefinite, or permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by Lavris Club.
Law of the Republic of Cyprus and European Union
Lavris Club Users must abide by the Rules and Regulations and Laws or the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union and must not in any way act against the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
Use of Lavris Club Intellectual Property

The Lavris Club Name

(By the way, Lavris Club is always spelled "Lavris Club"; it is never spelled "Lavris Club" or "cy-bestbuy") You should not refer to Lavris Club in any way that might lead someone to believe that your company or site is sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Lavris Club.
The Lavris Club Logo
Generally does not permit the use of the Lavris Club logo by third parties unless they have a written license agreement with Lavris Club.
Linking to Lavris Club From Your Website
Drive internet users to your Lavris Club store or listings using a link is permitted.
Framing the Lavris Club Site
'Framing' or altering the way in which the Lavris Club website is viewed is not permitted. 'Framing' usually means causing third party content to appear above or around the Lavris Club site.
